Puppies are adorable! They are, indeed, except when they are chewing on your hand, biting your brand new furniture, or creating a puddle in the middle of your carpeted living room floor. These are common puppy behaviors and are easily eliminated if we consistently show your pup the right thing to do. This is a very important stage during your pup’s development.

During a puppy session, we introduce you and your pup to the clicker. As we show your pup the proper household rules and make sure they are safe inside the home, we will also begin imprinting basic commands such as sit, down, come, place, and loose leash walking. Common puppy problems are discussed, including housebreaking, crate training, chewing, nipping, and jumping. We begin socializing your pup to both humans and animals and get your pup used to being handled, touched, and examined.

It is never too early to begin puppy imprinting. The sooner you start, the more fun you will have with your well-behaved pup in the future!
